The Advanced Fengshui Studio | 玄空飛星陽宅風水分析 is a property charting, audit and planning tool powered by the Destiny Engine. It combines Xuan Kong Flying Star and San Yuan methods with Eight Mansions, the 24 Mountains, Purple White Stars, Form School observations, date selection, personal Kua and optional BaZi integration. Its methods are informed by Fengshui traditions associated with the Zang Shu 《葬書》, Qing Nang Jing 《青囊經》, Yi Jing 《易經》, Ba Zhai Ming Jing 《八宅明鏡》, Zi Bai Jue 《紫白訣》 and Shen Shi Xuan Kong Xue 《沈氏玄空學》. The Setup section establishes the property information used throughout the Advanced Fengshui Studio. Users begin by creating a property profile and entering the orientation, timing and occupant details required for personalised analysis. The property’s facing direction may be entered in compass degrees and interpreted through the traditional 24 Mountains system. The corresponding sitting direction is derived automatically, allowing the Studio to distinguish the front and rear orientation of the building more precisely than a general eight-direction reading. Construction, occupation and major renovation dates are used to establish the property’s Fengshui period. This is especially important for Xuan Kong Flying Star analysis, where the natal star chart depends on both the building’s orientation and the period in which its active energy was established. Users who already know the correct period may confirm it directly. The setup also charts the property’s important rooms and features by directional sector. These may include the main entrance, bedrooms, study, kitchen, toilets, living areas and other frequently used spaces, as well as any missing corners in the property. This allows the Studio to evaluate not only the building’s overall chart, but also how individual rooms interact with the stars, elements and functions assigned to each sector.
Occupant information may then be added or imported from the Advanced BaZi Calculator (only for Premium access users). This creates a personalised overlay using the occupant’s birth information, Daymaster, useful elements and relevant personal directions. A sector that is generally favourable for the property may therefore receive a different interpretation when it is assessed for a particular person or activity. Once the setup is complete, the same property profile is used across the Studio’s Xuan Kong Flying Star charts, Eight Mansions analysis, 24 Mountains interpretation, Placement Advisor, date-selection tools, 30-day almanac scanner, Form School review and Fengshui reports.
The Form School Checklist is used to evaluate the visible and physical environment surrounding a property, an integrated approach with the current Flying Star, Eight Mansions and generally Compass School methods. Each checkbox, whether favourable or unfavourable, counts towards the scoring of the overall Fengshui Report.
The Flying Stars module applies Xuan Kong Fei Xing 玄空飞星 to examine how time and direction shape the energy pattern of a property. It combines the building’s Fengshui period with its measured facing and sitting directions to construct a permanent natal chart across the nine sectors. The property’s orientation is interpreted through the traditional 24 Mountains, providing a more precise calculation than using only the eight general compass directions. The selected construction, occupation or major renovation period determines the natal Flying Star configuration. The Studio evaluates how the stars interact through the Five Elements. Star reading and remedies are suggested in each sector; special chart structures and castle gates are also pointed out.
The Annual & Monthly feature tracks the Flying Stars through the periods, down to monthly basis. The Studio brings the natal, annual and monthly stars together in one sector-by-sector reading. It evaluates star combinations, elemental relationships, period strength, room function, occupant information and the property’s physical layout before presenting a conclusion (in Report, only on Premium access).

The Premium Edition extends the Advanced Fengshui Studio beyond chart calculation by turning the property analysis into practical recommendations. Its Placement Advisor, Date Selection and Report modules help users decide where an activity is best carried out, when it should be scheduled and how the full findings can be organised into one clear property assessment.
The Placement Advisor evaluates where important rooms, furniture and activities are best located within the property. Instead of recommending a sector from a single Fengshui rule, it compares several layers of information at the same time. The analysis considers the property’s natal Flying Star chart, current annual and monthly stars, Eight Mansions sectors, 24 Mountains orientation, room function, Form School observations and occupant information. Where BaZi details are available, the Studio can also consider the occupant’s Daymaster, useful elements and personal directional support.
The Date Selection module helps users compare dates and times for important activities, where the selected dates can correspond to the given purposes, for example move-in, contract signing, construction, etc. It combines traditional Chinese timing principles with the property’s current Fengshui conditions so that the selected date is assessed in relation to both the event and the location where it will take place. It consists of two submodules, namely the Assess a Date (whereby a certain day and its auspicious hours are presented) and the Find Auspicious Dates (whereby it will scan for the next 30 days of a given date for good dates in the future).
The Report module brings the Studio’s findings together into a structured property assessment known as the Consultation Report. It is designed to turn the individual charts and tools into a readable reference that can be reviewed, printed or shared. The report separates permanent property conditions from temporary annual and monthly influences. This helps users understand which recommendations are part of the building’s long-term structure and which apply only during a particular year or month, with comprehensive layout audits. It gives results on Life Areas that are affected, from Health and Wealth, to Career and Relationships.
